Been going there 40+ years, its delightful food and good prices are a continued delight. Ask for what you like, they'll do their best. Over the years I have never had buttermilk pancakes with REAL butter as you desire any where else. Its been there 70 or so years as I understand. The city of Salem

Great food! You could smell when your food was done cooking. Kind of like at grandma's house. It smelled delish and tasted as good as it smelled. The history in that place alone is amazing! The owner is very informative and super friendly.

Always wanted to eat there got ignored. Maybe they thought I was homeless. No one greeted me or said hi even though there was only one table seated. I came in to eat and leave a good tip not be looked down on because I didn't have a shave in a couple days. Shame on y'all.
