The Yard Food Park

Had lunch here 2 days in a row. Did come after 11 so its not so busy. Some food truck (on sunday) weren't open till 12:30. You have so many options and everything that we tried was good. Also ordered at the bar and they even helped which drink tk get to complement my food. Was able to try it before buying which drink. Place is clean so as the bathroom.

Stopped by for the first time on 4-6-22 to meet a friend... Nice mix of inside and outdoor seating (w/ceiling heat). Well stocked bar with liquor, wine and beer. Served by a friendly staff. Not sure if it was do to, with it being a nice sunny day. And the closed vendors ran out of supplies. Or if alot of the food cart vendors close by 5pm? I was there around 5:45pm. Food cart selection was limited... I chose JoJo's Soul Food & Memphis BBQ. I had their Wednesday special. Unfortunately, the outer layer of meat was over cooked and dry. Fries were good.

The Yard Food Park is by far our top choice for date-nite when we're in Salem. It's especially great if for a double date or just groups, because with the wide selection of options- everyone can find something they like. With very rare exceptions, all of the people that operate the various food trucks have been friendly and have had wonderful food. The Yard itself has some outside seats, and ample indoor seating with a full bar- and they can make some great drinks. If you're there at the right time, there's even live music and comedy shows (we haven't made it to the comedy shows, but its on our list of must-do's). Over all its a great place to go!

Pretty awesome stop! Our family was on the way home from a road trip and stumbled upon this place. Lots of food trucks and options. Some of us got philly cheese steak sandwiches, some gyros & I got a shrimp plate. Plenty of choices even though some were closed. It was Sunday though - and summer. It seemed dog friendly- saw two pups. And kid friendly- saw other families. I’d stop again!

Open but enclosed from the weather. Good beer selection and a full bar. They have all the food carts out on the sides so, selection is good for food. You may have to deal with the rude 20 something or occasional mean drunk here (we got both on our last visit) but, overall it's a relaxing place to enjoy variety and good conversation.

This was the second time I've visited The Yard Food Park in Salem. This time I ate at the Romen Cart. This picture below doesn't do it justice ! This Romen was the Shiz!! This is their Miso Romen with extra pork belly Mmm!!! I sat outside in the beautiful sun at one of the provided spool tables while I ate. The choices of food at the Yard beg to be tried, SO each time I go, I try something new and so should YOU !!!
