Absolutely Delicious! Stopped in on a whim and was floored. The noodles have a perfect crisp, the peanut sauce is amazing. Service is wonderful too! Mina is so kind!

Had a really bad dinner experience tonight. Our Pad Thai and Pad See Ew were SO DRY. My Pad See Ew noodles were stuck together so badly that I couldn't eat the dish. I spent $16 pee entree for basically inedible food.
They were also out of half and half so the Thai tea was forthy instead of that usual creamy texture.
Super disappointed. This place came to us so highly recommended. I will say we got the fried spring rolls and those were good.

Delicious and lovely night at Mina's grand re-opening! Everyone got the same dishes, Mina's PERFECT papaya salad, and the best beef massaman curry I've ever had.
Mina and her friends gave us a beautiful show of traditional Laotian dancing and music too. It was a perfect way to spend our Saturday night.
Thank you again, we've been many times and we will keep coming back!

My wife and I had a great meal at Mina’s! Inside the place is nice but understated. The service was quick, kind and efficient. The food was definitely the star of the show. We ordered the Spicy Basil dish and the Cashew Chicken. Both were especially tasty! The veggies were fresh and the meats were lean and the overall size of the meals was good. We didn’t end up ordering any spring rolls or desserts but based on our other food I would suspect these would be great. Then as we were ending our meal, the chef-owner came out and chatted with us for a bit. Mina is a delight! We are from out of town, But we will be back every chance we can.

I loved going here while I lived in Salem! It was my first choice for boba. The food here is great too! Great customer service with kindness.

Hands down the best Thai food in Salem! The food was incredibly fresh & delicious— it wasn’t oily and the veggies were crisp and fresh. Also, the service was fantastic! The food was intentionally created for flavor and the chef explained how food was hand-crafted to bring about the natural flavors in the food! Such a great Thai dining experience! 10/10 recommend!

I was quite disappointed by my meal. I got the peanut sauce meal and the peanut sauce tasted like peanut butter. (I know they are similar but I have never had peanut sauce taste so much like Jiffy.) The Thai iced tea tasted quite different from any I have had before. I don't know if it was more or less "authentic" but it wasn't what I expected and it came all blended together so I didn't get to make it pretty and swirly. I would have enjoyed my husband's yellow curry but he didn't because it wasn't spicy. Finally, the kitchen was using the microwave a lot.

It was my first visit to Mina's today - I had the yakisoba chicken plate - there was plenty of steamed broccoli and cooked, sliced carrots, browned onions along with noodles and a wonderful, sweet soy sauce ... SO very tasty!
Will definitely go back and try one of her other dishes too as she has a nicely varied menu.
