Basil & Board

We got seated in less than 5 minutes without reservation. Beautiful Italian ambiance, very modern style. The waitress forgot to put our order in after 15 minutes and apologized. They give us 25% off for each of our order, which is I'm very glad. And most importantly the food and drink that we order tasted great!

The atmosphere is casual but well put together. I went for a Late lunch 3ish. Great service, quality ingredients, delicious drinks. Light fresh healthier Italian fare. Super cool taster boards paird with wine or create a board of 3of any of their specialty recipes. Meatball appetizer w some bread and the awesome sauce so good. Tiramisu was a great desert to share. I'm sure it gets packed and crazy busy but not then. Great experience and can't wait to go try more of their menu!

Food was delicious. Waitress was very good and gave us great service. My BIGGEST COMPLAINT was the manager came to our table minutes after they closed at 8pm while we were finishing our wine and packing up our left over food to ask us to leave because they closed at 8pm. our large group of about 15 people all felt it was very rude after spending hundreds of dollars on food and bottles of wine. Made us feel very unwelcome!! Never been to a restaurant that treated guests like this. Some of the people in our group said they would not be coming back after that rude comment. Most places I have been to never expect the the guests to be out the door at closing time. Most places accept people up to closing time and serve them till they are gone on their own time after closing hours.

Nice and upscale, really like the rooftop seating for airy dining experience. Staff are super nice and friendly. Tried ,three different pizzas, 2 regular one vegetarian, all were really good, but Rosse E Verde was my favorite. The dough texture and thickness was perfect, with very balanced amount of cheese and toppings.
