A wonderful experience in a tucked away beach heaven. Shot out to bartender Carly for making me feel very welcome. I'll be coming back here without a doubt👍🏾
Ribs were really tender & meaty. The rub was very good. Maybe slightly too salty but I like salt anyway. Baked beans were delicious!! They had little crunchy bits of green pepper in them along with a little pulled pork. I surprisingly really liked the crunchy pepper in it. The Pulled pork was super tender and not fatty at all! The Cole slaw was also a win!! Definitely the way we like our slaw! Fresh, creamy and simple. The Brunswick stew was very yummy too. It was my first time having it, so I don't have any other to compare it to, yet....
The young man that took our order was patient and helpful in deciding what to order. I really appreciate that, as I like most food and want to try what they make really well our different.
I'd give this tasty pulled pork sandwich a 4.8, served with chips and a couple of pickles on a grilled bun, but you can order different sides if you're hungry. Two flavorful sauces to choose from, obviously one having a lot more heat than the other. Casual order-at-the-counter place with indoor and outdoor seating, as well as a fenced in patio. Very close to the beach for midday run.

I'd highly recommend the brisket, which was super tender. The burger was FABULOUS and the sweet potato puffs were so good. We'll definitely return for more. Yum!
We’ve been going here for many years. We decided to try it today because we had heard they had made some great updates at the restaurant. The new ownership group has taken great pride in expanding some of the areas and it is very clean. The bar area looks awesome and it has such a great beach ambience. The barbecue is out of this world and the coleslaw was spot on. The employees were very gracious even on this busy Christmas Eve. If you’re anywhere in this area you over to yourself to check this place out. Great bourbon selection and very cold beer!!!!
Smoked turkey was excellent, super bird sandwich 👌🏼 bbq sauces were very good

The atmosphere is very relaxed and the pulled pork is smoked to perfection. Everything was so good we left 3 tips! We will absolutely be back!!
Beachcomber BBQ draws you in with the amazing smell. They are smoking their meats right in the parking lot! Fun vibe with the outdoor seating,music and fun signs. The ribs, brisket and okra were amazing. Note:check the hours for when they are open, the week we were in St. Simons, Beachcomber was closed on Monday and Tuesday.
Great service, fun atmosphere, and delicious bbq. You can sit outside or enjoy the unique interior. The bartender was nice and made some great cocktails. Parking can be tight, but if you are nearby you can walk there!
Had a family dinner here and it was very enjoyable.
The pulled pork, ribs and sides we got were all delicious and the sauces were especially tasty!
We really enjoyed the food and our visit, and the staff was helpful and patient as we tried to decide what to eat! ;)

New owners, but still great good. Place has a fresh coat of paint and looks great. Walk to the beach and get some of the best BBQ on the Island. They also have the best hamburgers! Try their smoked chicken and turkey sandwiches. Great sides to add on. They have Keno.
Food was excellent, we had the pulled pork plate with baked beans and potatoe salad. Plenty of room to sit inside, most people were sitting outside since it was a beautiful day. If you are in town make sure you stop by for some good barbecue pork 👍
Great BBQ and greasy burgers! For a very casual, walk off the beach place - it’s perfect! You order at the window and pick up your food. There is a small full service bar in the back.
Best BBQ on the island! The pulled pork sandwich and sides, potato salad and baked beans, are absolutely delicious. Plus, the prices are very reasonable, especially given the generous helpings. I come here annually, so I’m thrilled to find BBQ that is some of the best I’ve ever eaten.
Casual come as you are BBQ spot. Quick service at the oder & pick up window. The aroma from the smoker out front draws you in from blocks away.
We are locals, love beachcomber. Nice and easy, great food and literally the islands only beach shack bar and grill. Get the sweet potato tater tots.
Great unexpected little quirky bbq joint. Don't let the outside fool you. The bar is small bit cozy inside. They don't have table service which is okay because the places isn't all that big anyways. Order from the window, have to pay separately, and took no longer than 15min. Follow the delicious smell of BBQ from thier outside smoker.
Little place but cozy. Food was good. I was disappointed in the brisket, it was dry. Pulled pork was ok. But I had better. It took a very long time to get our food and the kids were getting ancey. The owner was nice, friendly.
Has only one bathroom 🚻.
