Caribou Coffee

Worst Caribou/Customer service I have ever experienced! I ordered two medium hot chocolate. After the barista took my order, she told me my total without even asking if I were a perks member. Then after taking my order, I asked if I could upgrade both of my drinks to a large instead because I had a $1 off a large. She gave me an attitude and looked annoyed. Even before she took my order, I was in line waiting for about 10 minutes all because she was talking to a friend! When I received my drinks, my name was not called so I was unsure if the drinks that were sitting on the counter were mine. So I just took the two drink and left. Never coming here again. I would rather travel across the mall to the other caribou on white bear for better customer service/quality.

I came to try the gluten free breakfast sandwich and had the most terrible experience at this location. I waited over half an hour for my sandwich had to ask 2 people 3 times about it, and they ended up giving it to another person who just walked in. After another customer asked about her food and mine, they finally gave me my sandwich. When I got to the car I realized the sandwich was cold. I never write reviews, but this was so bad! This location is by my house and I've had issues before. I would rather drive farther to Starbucks from now on.

Terrible service. Ordering was as if it were an inconvenience for the employee. Never asked to be checked in by perks or asked for a name on the order. Waited 15+ minutes for our drinks to be made only after setting a handful of other drinks on the counter and then asked us what we were waiting for. They didn't exert any energy to announce the drinks as they were made so they just sat there on the counter with a line of customers waiting. They need some training at this location.

The night staff at this location needs to be replaced. On two separate occasions I have arrived literally at 8:59 only to be refused service. This evening, I pulled up at 8:59 and said hello 3 times before someone responded. By this time, it was 9pm. Britney responded and said, "we are closed." I said I was here in time. She said, it's 9pm now. I drove around to the drive through window and Amelia, the manager, was there. She said, " I can't open the window it locks automatically." I thought, yeah right! I asked, " what is corporate number?" She said, " look it up online. each store has a different corporate number." I was frustrated and upset by her cold demeanor, lack of customer service, and blatant lies. After driving away, I decided to call. Amelia answered. I asked, " please put me through to the store manager voicemail. She said, " I can't because this is the store line and I can't give you his direct number." So I asked for the manager name, " his name is Chris." I hung-up after that. After reading the reviews, it's clear that the store manager is aware that some of their staff needs to be retrained , if not replace. This is why I asked for names. Specifically, Britney and Amelia (manager?) needs to be retrained if not replaced. I will be calling the store manger tomorrow and following-up with corporate. I don't often go to Starbucks but if Caribou don't hire quality people, I will be giving them my business in the future.

This location frustrates me to the point i wo t use it anymore. The girls are kind of rude amd twice now ive left with a drink that isnt right. After correcting the girl twice at the register that i wanted a vanilla latte NOT a raspberry latte, I asked again when the other employee handed me my drink she confirmed that she made vanilla. After leaving and my drink cooling enough i tasted it...must have been raspberry because it was weird and NOT vanilla. I felt flat out lied to as they finished joking and laughing as i was walking away. Wasted money...gross latte...Wont be back. Ill go to the other coffee shop in the mall instead. Also they dont keep sugar,cinnamon etc out for the customers to use at this location either.
