Mcdonald's

I mean, it's a McDonald's. I shouldn't ever be here in the first place, but when I need to abuse my body with trash, this location is there to help. The staff here has been weirdly awesome. A bit rough around the edges (which I dig) while being super jovial. Great senses of humor and you can tell no one is taking things too seriously, but they are still doing their jobs and doing them well. To the dude who put my drink cup into another cup and said "don't wanna give ya sticky hands," you are the absolute man and I've been using that line out of context and laughing ever since. Y'all rock.

this location is more convenient but typically I drive the extra mile to go to the one on Minnesota and Rice. We ordered a mobile order and they don’t even do curbside, so you have to wait in the long drive thru line. Then, we got home and noticed we’re missing a pie and all of our sauce. We go back and have to wait in the line again, they gave us two pies for the inconvenience but gave us the wrong sauce. Fail. It really isn’t that hard yall, trust me, I worked at a McDonald’s.

Horrible customer service. I do on demand work so I’m always coming with my deliver bags in hand but staff here seems not to want to acknowledge you. How long does someone have to wait before you even check on their order? I’ve waited 5+ minutes multiple times before I just unassign the order and leave. Fire the whole staff and get people who actually want to work. Honestly feels like this location treats us on demand workers differently cause no other McD’s is like this.

No stars. No respect. This location is trash. I've lived here for 10 years and this location has managed to mess up my order every time. Don't use the online order you're still going to wait 40 mins just to get cold food and have to come back for fries or some thing that they will always fight you on.

Decent. Although, sometimes a huge semi parks in front and takes up nearly half the parking lot, making it difficult to get in and out. Today was one of the days they were there. I had to park for almost 20 minutes because I was unable to back out the opposite way. This is very dangerous and could cause accidents. If a semi is going to be parked this way, block off some of the parking spaces on the opposite side of it so people can drive around.
