I use to love this place but the night service during the weekends has gone downhill. All of bartenders are women and come off very stuck up especially when the place is packed. They don't like serving other women if it's not someone they personally know or if they feel she is a pretty woman (childish I know). The music is great, the crowd is okay but the bartenders suck. You are better off getting a drink at Borns on Rice Street...they have freindly staff and the best drinks in St. Paul, what Johnny's use to be.

If you like rough dive bars, you'll like this bar. Just be careful in the parking lot. Usually you'll see a fight. The cops tear gassed the whole bar the night I was there. The next night a guy got shot, luckily I wasn't there.

I hate the place and the lies they tell about providing security. They are all about themselves and the money they can suck out of the community. The owner does not own up to the misprovided security the camera and armed guards suppose to provide. I lost a cousin, Brandon Roberts. They have not solved his murder and yet Johnny Baby still up and running. I pray they shut the establishment down soon. It should be leveled. I wish I could give no star!!

My first and last time hanging out they assume everyone is a regular NO costumer service what so ever everyone mean muggin like "wanna fight" 😂. Im guessing its truly just a neighborhood spot for locals which is fine but know a new face when you see one and show a little hospitality attract more costumers....

Ummmm... It was 👌.. Someone was sitting on my car when i came out 😳... A lil roughty but no one had issues with me n my ppl dancing .. Moving.. 🎶..popular radio.. Rap.. N rnb were the genres .. A squad of police at the end made me feel safe at the end..
