Dunkin'

My first experience at Dunkin and I won't be back. Employee was rude. No eye contact, did not ask how I was, did not come off friendly. Was leaning over the counter and didn't even read my order back to make sure she got it right. She also had very long nails with jewelry hanging off, which I'm pretty sure is a health code violation. She rung me up wrong and I got food I couldn't even eat due to dietary restrictions. I had no time to return it because my flight was about to board.

The other reviews mention this, but it's all true. I've stopped here 3 times as I travel through msp quite often, and all 3 times orders have been rang in wrong, they don't hand out receipts, and it's mass confusion at the pick up counter. Also they do something weird with their cups or containers for cooked eggs, as all the food here that requires any kind of water or steam being applied to it taste like soapy water. The pastries (bagels, muffins) are fine though and those are the same high quality you've come to expect from other dunkins.
