The cashier who helped me (shorter woman with fair complexion) on the afternoon of 4/21/22 was really attentive to small details that i appreciated. She automatically gave me a cup carrying tray, and bagged all of my orders in a large to-go bag. Since the pandemic, Customer Service in the service industry has really declined(most likely due to customer entitlement mentality and a worker shortage in the service industry). Simple but thoughtful steps like i saw today are very appreciated in this day and age, and i hope to run into this cashier the next time i visit.

Just got home from visiting this Wendy's. I ordered a Dave's double combo along with a chili and 6 piece nugget. Not only did I not receive my nuggets. I think I was served the original Dave's double. The hamburger patties are so old and hard. I have tried to call the store several times nobody is answering.

Absolutely delicious, staff are nice. I ordered a $5 biggie bag with the Crispy Chicken BLT and I was impressed with all fresh food, because usually I get all cold food from other fast food joints.
The second time I went there I was greeted with a smile by an employee who seemed to be having a wonderful day, they gave me a size up my drink and with a big smile told me to have a great night.

This is a good location and I have never had a problem with the service or waiting.
It is always fresh and hot. The communication from the drive through is perfect and orderly. I am happy they started offering breakfast. I gave it a whirl this morning and was pleased. I had the honey butter chicken and biscuit sandwich with their seasoned fries. Those were amazing! I am not joking. I would actually drive to Wendy’s only for those.

I have had three really disappointing experiences here. I have tried twice to order through the app and the app took my money and said that my order was ready for pickup. However, when I arrived at the store, they said that the payment didn't go through and that I would have to pay again in the store for my food.
Another time, I tried to go through the drive through and pay with the app as well. They said that their system was not compatible with the Wendy's app.
What frustrates me about these interactions, is that there's no communication from the app to say that my order didn't go through. And also no acknowledgment from the staff or management that their system is broken and needs to be fixed.

I went through the drive-through to pick up, and staff were just talking, talking, and talking. Very unprofessional. The food was just there on the counter, and when they finally finished talking, the staff gave it. I went to park and eat then I found out things were missing. So I go back and ask for my stuff, then tell a staff member to stop chatting and pay attention. Then I go back to park and eat and later a big waddling man who said he was the manager comes and scolds me with foul language. He said that a staff said I was rude asks me many questions yet did not allow me to answer or comment. Then he began to use foul language, and I had to interject there and tell him to stop cursing. That is when he stays silent and waddles back to Wendy's. He doesn't even finish the dialogue he started. What in the world is this Wendy's!? How can you hire an aggressive, hypocritical foul-mouthed manager?

Two trips and two bad experiences.
First time, waited in the drive through for 15 minutes before ordering. After another 10 minutes, we pulled up to the window to pay and were told their card reading machine was out of order for the day and they only took cash. I mentioned that they should have told me that when I took my order and she replied in a very rude manner and mentioned that I needed cash and could come back for my food (which I didn't). Great waste of 30 minutes...
Next trip was about a month later. Pulled in and again waited 20 minutes behind maybe 3 or 4 cars in line before ordering. I could hear the driver in front of me complain about how it's taken 10 minutes since he got his food and he was still missing his drink. Anyways, after another 10 minutes, I pull in to pay and get my order. The young gentleman at the window was very nice and the only positive and non frustrating part of the experience. I only ordered 4 cheeseburgers with ketchup only for my kids. 3 of them ended up being ketchup only even though the receipt had everything correct.
Long story short, you will be waiting around 1/2 an hour, you may or may not get food, and it may or may not be what you ordered.
