Little Caesars

If I could give this ZERO star I would. This was how my thin crust pizza look like when I open it. I decided maybe they were having a bad day it might taste better than it look. I was wrong. It was burn on the end and worst wet and uncooked in the middle. But no I am not so mad at the pizza. I was more mad at the lack of customer service. The phone number provided lead to an dead end. I could not even reach them to even voice my concerns and complaints. Listen to the review. This place is not worth your money, your time and stomach. Also Little Caesars, it is too late to make me feel better when you already ruin dinner with my family and friends. You can keep the money, I just will never buy another pizza from there ever again. There are more better place that has working customer service number and can at least fully cooked a thin crust pizza.

The employees were so rude. Especially the guy in the front, he definitely does not know how to do his job. I ordered online and was looking forward to just go straight to the portal to pick it up but as I reached there, it wasn’t even ready (which it was suppose to be ready 10min ago). So I asked the guy in the front but he just ignored me and went to the back. Left me standing there for 10min with no assistance while they were talking loudly at the back. DEFINITELY FIRST AND LAST TIME HERE!

I've ordered from there for myself and delivered for a food delivery service. Every single time I've been involved with this place it's a huge hassle. If we are picking it up and delivering it for someone, no we don't have the stupid code for the door. The apps don't give anyone that code. I've gone in and said that and they are always like, "uhhhhh idk you need the number. We cant just use it by the name" BS. Just ordered again. Said it would be 20 mins. Instead they don't communicate anything to me, make me wait over an hour and then just cancel my order. Yall are the worst.

I thought I would give this place a shot, considering everyone has their bad days, but let me tell you. This place is THE WORST LITTLE CEASARS I've ever experienced, not only did they give me the wrong pizzas, they were raw in the middle, and the toppings tasted bad. If I could I would give this place 0 stars, don't waste your time or money here, poorly managed, you will not be happy with what you get.

Showed up to pick my order up. Italian cheese break and a deep dish pepperoni pizza. Was told they dropped it so it will be a few min. That's fine accidents happen. The replacement pizza i was given looks nothing like what it's suppose to. That said pizza tastes fine tho even if it wasn't made correct and staff was polite

Absolute garbage service.. I left before I was able be a customer. The guy in the back seemed like he was hoping if he ignored everyone up front maybe they'd just leave so I did. He had time to fiddle with his headphones and turn his music up and have a drink of water but no time to acknowledge about 5 "potential" customers. Type of place that should just close down
