Mcdonald's

I showed up to get breakfast before work I work at the mall nearby. I was at the microphone for maybe 6 minutes before I decided to pull forward to the window to place my order. Are you guys waiting for me to drive away? I know breakfast ends at 11:30 so I get here at 11:20 and they just refuse to take my order until 11:29. I know it gets busy and you need time to make food but you can also take down my order so that the kitchen will actually start making in time if I'm at the microphone for that long. Lost my business. Service is terrible. literally every time i have came here my order is wrong and they don't care. there is a old guy that hands you your order and is rude and snippy. have told him before this isn't my order and he just walks away and doesn't come back in hopes you just leave which usually ends up happening. or the order is wrong and he says yeah i know and expects you to just deal with it. try calling management and they just talk to you like your lying and trying to get a free meal out of it. the only decent person that works here is the little old lady who takes your money. but like i said they lost my business and will never be going back. i mean when is enough enough I'm not going to keep coming there and getting ripped off and management not care. they need to start sending secret shoppers there and catch these employees, shut down or get rid of all there employees and start fresh with new ones who actually care.

Every other time I go I have an issue, I pull up to drivethru and sit there for at least 3-4 minutes and nothing happens. I pull up to the window and they say the computer is down. When I do get my food the sandwich is out of the wrapper in the bag, they can’t even take the couple of seconds to let us know the computers are down or package your food properly.

The lady at the drive through cashier window was very nice, but the guy bringing my food to the car was horrible. He schlepped himself out to my car while looking at his phone the whole time. If his shoes would've had laces, you could've tied them while he was crawling towards my car. He never took his eyes off his phone, handing me my food without saying a word, turning around schlepping back. Horrible!!!

Tried to get lunch twice here recently. The first time, instead of a chocolate shake, they gave me an iced coffee. The second and final time, I checked my order at the window and I didn't have the correct sandwich. I was told to pull ahead. I left after waiting for 10 minutes. Would not recommend.

Bad service..I ordered two happy meals, an ice cream cone, and two small sprites, the girl on the microphone thought it was 3 burgers. I told her it wasn't and told her my order again, she repeated it and got it right. When I roll up to the window they hand me a happy meal one with onions and pickles and mustard and ketchup one that my kid wanted my other kid only wanted ketchup and mustard. He hands me a big bag with the opposite of ketchup and mustard, and it had another burger in it which I got charged for, when he tried to hand me my ice cream cone he hit it on a filthy window. He gave me a new one which I accepted. And we got no straws with one tiny sprite and a big one. The food was also cold.

Took 30 minutes just to place an order in the drive through. The kid taking orders didn't know how to work the register. Had to repeat the order atleast 7 times. Received the wrong order in the end. Decided to eat the wrong order anyway. The food was legit cold, completely smashed, and had about 5 times the sauce. Fork You McDonald's.
