They are incapable of getting my order right!! 3 times out of 3 my order was either missing a sandwich or had completely wrong sandwiches. Check your order because from my experience they 100% of the time get SOMETHING wrong and no apologies nothing but attitude. Love Arby's but never going back to the Arden Hills location. I ordered a double RBC and ended up with a raw meat sandwich. I called in and the manager gave me a complimentary meal. I returned the next day and got ANOTHER RAW MEAT SANDWICH!

Restaurant is overall pretty cleaned up, not too busy, and generally nice staff. Drive thru is a bit strange, but nothing to really complain about. Floor has been oddly sticky many times though, not sure why.

Forgot certain food and asked if I wanted any Arby’s sauce and then doesn’t give me any no drink double charged me for curly fries when supposed to be meal no drinks

I get there’s an employee shortage around the country but this experience was atrocious. I’m able to play an order online. Head there to pick it up but lobby is closed. I go through drive thru. Employee doesn’t acknowledge me, so I pull to the window. She looks straight at me. Doesn’t say a word or even mouth “we’re closed” just turns away and keeps mopping. Looks at me 2 more times and just stares at me and ignores me. Doesn’t even bother to come to the window and say they’re closed or even mouthing anything at me. Just gives me a dirty look. What a joke. I work customer service for a living. Inexcusable, especially since she’s probably a manager.

I ordered a medium size roast beef, classic roast beef, medium curly fries & a small crinkle cut fry in the drive thru in Arden Hills Mn. Got home and all I received were the 2 sandwiches and no fries😡

The sandwiches were old. They were Luke warm at best and the beef and cheddars were so old that the sauce was soaked into the buns. Tried the new boneless Buffalo wings, they were cold and had so much orange Buffalo sauce on them you couldn’t taste any chicken at all. Into the trash it all goes. Yuk! Staff was pleasant….
