Stopped by to grab a sub about an hour before closing and had a great experience. The guy working was awesome to talk to and took his time making my meal. It was good enough that I felt compelled to write a review which I don't do very often. Whoever you had working, give that guy a raise. Place was clean, food was good and will go back 10/10 times.

The guy working the lunch rush today was completely by himself and did an amazing job at keeping the line moving today. I didn't catch his name but whoever you are, thank you! Customer service and delivery of my sandwich was impeccable and the service was streamlined to the best of his abilities. Kudos to you! Also, be nice to service industry workers. They're doing the best they can.

So this subway off of county rd D in Maplewood is pretty bad at making subs. This was my mess of a sub due to the maker putting waaaaay too much of everything on it. Then didn’t even fold the sandwich. Tried wrapping it up getting it all slopped around. This pic is just when I opened the wrapping to see this giant mess. There is a lady there who puts way too much spinach on the subs. Anywho, this is near my work so I will be goi Nd back im sure but maybe they can figure out how to do their ONE JOB: sandwich making

Edit: the manager messaged me apologizing, said they’d send me coupons in the mail and I never received them. I messaged them again and still no response. Terrible customer service. Did curbside pickup today, I ordered a Turkey sandwich with just pickles, I made a note on the order saying I want lots and lots of pickles, as seen in picture below. And I did not get that whatsoever. It was hardly any pickles. I paid $9 for a sandwich with just little pickles and lots of Turkey. Then I also ordered another sandwich, which I got toasted and the cheese was so over cooked it was practically burned and not a lot of steak on there either. On both sandwiches the bread was so hard, it tasted like stale bread. On the last sandwich, there was hardly any steak either and the cheese wasn’t cooked. Usually they heat up the cheese with the steak even if it’s not toasted. Not impressed whatsoever and will not be returning to this location again.

Great employess. Would like more veggies on my veg sub. But overall clean great place to get a cheap tasty sub. I'll be back
