Was greeted very nicely and the employees where nice and helpful... The food was hot fresh and amazing... Could not have stopped any place else and received the service I had tonight at this Arby's location... Thanks Arby's..

The new burger is DELICIOUS!! Had the deluxe and it was one of the best burgers I've ever eaten. The sign said it would be offered for a limited time only. It would be great if Arby's could make it a regular menu item. It definitely beats anything McDonald's or Burger King offers. Thanks Arby's.

Ordering online u can do modifications but when you go there the staff refused to do the exact same modifications as the online ordering system. Then, I asked for my salad with no bacon and there was bacon all over it. I couldn't even eat it. So I essentially threw it and my money away and am hungry still. So nota great experience at the West Saint Paul location.

I Just sat in line for 45 minutes because a car full of people in front of me ordered food. Then when I did finally get my food it was cold and I didn’t get my drink. Worker was super sweaty and was trying his hardest so I don’t blame him at all. You need to add a second line or have customers with large orders wait on the side. It’s pretty ridiculous to wait 45 minutes and then get cold food.

If you order three sandwiches and you ask for twelve packs of sauce which I didn't get but had asked for it that's Poor Quality service!!!!Better check your bag before leaving the Drive Thru!!!

The food is decent but the drive-through takes forever and going inside is just as bad staff is friendly but overworked and understaffed. I have yet to get my order and have it be completely correct

Was craving appetizers and this just hit the spot. Curly fries, mozzarella sticks, chicken nuggets and jalapeño bites. Yum! The fries didn't make it home for the picture! Lol
