my monkey meat was raw yuck. my diet coke was a regular and i asked for extra ice and got none. Also the drink was flat, I ordered a medium and got a large ugh they want my blood pressure to rise. but the workers were so sweet i’ll definitely be back but will not be purchasing anything. *sigh* 🤭

I spend more time parked in the drive thru line than I do eating the food.
I'm writing this while I'm second from the window, parked, engine off. I've been here 3 or 4 times, and it's *always* like this.

I asked for three Impossible Sliders without cheese, they gave me three meat sliders with cheese in impossible slider boxes. I didn't realize it until the third one. I'm disgusted...so messed up.

I always ask for extra pickles and onions probably do it 25% of the time. Never get it. But still love White Castle. I know what to expect when I go is all.

The staff closed 30 mins early and left us hanging at the drive through. When my husband called the store, the worker said some one will help us but they never did. However, they let two people in the back door and continued to converse with each other in the store while ignoring us. Very immature and unprofessional.

Got my order wrong, missing two 1921 burgers, wait to check your meal before you leave the drive thru, other people are upset about wrong orders as well.

I love White Castle burgers. There are none where I live and so I have to buy the frozen ones. But when visiting Minnesota I get fresh ones and the store is always clean and the staff is quick and friendly.
