showed up for lunch to get a sandwich on a monday and theyre closed despite their hours online saying differently. If you're still having trouble with staffing and getting enough people to work for you then maybe thats a sign you should pay your employees more. We are two years into covid, ridiculous that you guys still havent figured this out, its not that hard.

From the front door to the stainless lids in the food prep line this place needs a cleaning. Tables do not look clean.

Says their open online and will let you place an order, but they’re actually closed when you go to pick up. Has happened a few times now. Adjusted hours are fine, just update the site and don’t allow orders if you’re not actually open.

Location: B. I have been to this location several times. It has always been clean and the staff have been, while not overly cheery, at least not rude.
Potbelly: D. I am a huge sub fan. Potbelly has a great selection of sandwiches, but their bread has been much too dry in all the locations I've been to. To compensate I put their vinaigrette on the sub, which is good, but I would rather not have to. I would recommend going to a different sub place.

When I ordered a "Clubby" I was told it was no longer on the menu, and given no alternative. When I asked if they could make something similar, I was told I have to pay extra. Just the worst experience every time I go here, it's sad because it's great food. Just seems like the staff doesn't care about their job or their customers.

I enjoyed the meatball sub. Staff were not great but not bad either just ok. I wish you could see the sandwich being made more as the view seems somewhat obstructed as you move down the checkout line

I went in a few weeks ago to redeem my BOGO sandwich coupon, but it wasn’t showing up in their system, so the super sweet cashier just comped my meal. Very friendly staff at this location!
