Mcdonald's

Total of 30 minutes to get 20 nuggets and a frappe. Made a curbside order, pulled in, hit the 'I'm here' button, spot 3. Someone pulls up next to me, their food comes out, employee asks me what I had. Wait another 15 minutes. Try to call the store, nothing, pull into the drive-thru, wait... tell them the situation, they say they'll have it at the window. A few more minutes pass, they hand me the drink and the nuggets and send me on my way. No sauce.

My kids and I went because we wanted to get some Happy Meals and to play in the play place. We were told at 5:40pm that dine in was closed when clearly there were people still in the building and at the play place and I believe I saw the posting for dine in was until 7pm. Will be going to chik fil a or burger king instead and see if their hours are more reliable.

Wish I could give 0 stars this mcdonalds refused to give me my mobile order because it wasn't paid for which is impossible to place a mobile order without paying. Then they took my card from me and said it didn't go through and they wanted cash only for my order. 2 days later I am charged $33 on My card and was never given my food. I went in for a refund and they said I have to contact corporate which is nearly impossible because corporate doesn't reply.

False advertising by McDonald's!! Drive thru on 3/9/2023 and order the special breakfast advertise 2 Suages Egg McDuffie for $4.50 but I got charged $7.58 for two. Cashier took the order wasn't fluid in English and never gave me the total price until I paid at the window. I've ask why it's not at the advertised price? The clerk try to explain but I couldn't completely understand her, so I had to go inside and talk to the young manager...he told me price goes to regular price after 10:30 am. I go outside, look at the advertise posting abd there's no mention of limited hours! Still told him I want a refunds due to fales advertising ad by (McDonald's). Managers is so stupid he could have override the excess charges and give me the advertise price due to misunderstanding since there's no limited hours posted on the posting. McDonald needs to do a better job on their ads and train thier managers better to learn to better service thier customers.
