Price? About the same as Noodles and Company. I've no idea where other people are finding massive ramen bowls for less than $10 in the metro. I've never seen one in a dozen ramen places. I really enjoyed the fresh noodles and their take on ramen. It's not purist but I felt like it wasn't trying to be either. The taste was good but not strong so if you are expected a big flavor in the broth this isn't it. Though even with the "spicy" broth and the chili oil, it was quite mild. Also, I quite enjoyed that they serve Sapporo here! Goes great with ramen.

I am not a huge fan of Ramen but I woudl recommend Rah'mn to those who love it. Good portion size, it will fill you up! They do offer gluten free noodles. You pay extra for the protein but they loaded me up! It was my first time there and associate was very patient with me and kind to describe everything. Interior is slick, modern and clean. You do get plastic bowl and disposable silverwear. Overall, recommended!

If you're looking for the real authentic ramen like the ones from Japan...travel to Japan... or grab some instant ramen from your local Asian market. This is Minnesota and Rah'MN provides a good stepping stone for those who want to build their appreciation for Ramen. It's the Chipotle version for ramen. It's easy to order and a healthy option for lunch or dinner. I enjoy the choice to choose what I want in my bowl. I think the name of their business is creative and I wouldn't be surprised if this rose to the top.

Great little ramen place on Snelling, close to Nelson's Ice Cream (for dessert afterwards). Choose your level of heat, type of broth, protein, and fixings. Very tasty! Very filling! Friendly and helpful staff when my family stopped by.

It gives me lots of pleasure to upgrade my initial (two-star) rating. My family first went shortly after they opened, and I was excited by the potential of an affordable ramen place in the neighborhood. Instead, among other new-business growing pains, I wound up paying an awful lot of money for food that seemed really off. Turns out something indeed wasn't right, and they fixed it! We decided to give it one more try the other night, and in the meantime they have clearly figured out how to make their broth recipe work at restaurant-scale (I'm told that was the initial issue). They brought us samples of the broths to taste before ordering, and it was instantly clear that it was vastly different. The soups were great! The white miso is my preference, but if your taste is different there is a pork broth and spicy miso (which is spicier, but not pushing it -- you can add chili sauce if you want that). Among the four of us, we ordered all three, and all were good. And they have a ton of fresh ingredients to customize. (They'll also do noodle salads, as I recall, but my mind was on the soup.) The owner, after evidently being alerted to my previous skepticism of the broths from the first visit, went out of his way make things right. It was much appreciated, and it will pay off for him--we'll be back, for sure, many times. I also want to give him credit for introducing something new to the menu since our first visit: kids' bowls (which don't appear to be noticeably smaller, but are limited to three ingredients). That makes it much more economical for a family to eat out at Rah'mn, and is another reason we'll have lots of return trips. Welcome to the neighborhood, and thank you for responding to those early tough reviews by turning things around 100% on the taste!

This place is AWESOME! The build your own bowl of Ramen is a great idea and who doesn’t like to have all the options?! Do yourself a favor & check it out. The Shoyu broth was on point. The place is super clean & the people working were extremely professional & friendly! I can’t wait to go back.

Very American-ized, highly customizable Ramen restaurant. Even though the vibe, layout, speed, and service style scream fast food, the quality exceeded expectations. There are better ramen places, sure, but this lil ramen spot is well worth a stop for ramen fans and customizable enough to accomodate most tastes.

Service is quick and there are plenty of options. The meat quality is great and there's options for any dietary needs. Ramen is good considering that it's fast casual. The food is ok but completely overpriced. However, the atmosphere is really fun to be in.
