We had an excellent experience at Bole. The atmosphere is clean, fresh, warm, and inviting. The service was top notch! A few people checked in with us during the time we were there. The waitress was very helpful in choosing an entree. The gentleman that brought our food made sure we knew the way to eat it. Drinks were refilled promptly. Food was so amazing and flavorful! We will for sure be back.

One of the single greatest dining experiences of my entire life. I came here with no idea what to expect and I was absolutely blown away. The service was kind and inviting and educating. The building itself is gorgeous. All of that is second place to the outstanding food. My gosh do yourself the favor and order one of the sampler plates and try everything you can. I cannot recommend this place enough. Thank you Bole for a great night and an incredible culinary experience!

For Starter and drinks we ordered - Dirkosh Shio Dip and Ethiopian Spiced tea and Mango juice.
Maincourse - Veg sampler for two.
Food was good with morw than sufficient portion. We had lot to take home.
Service was quick even though it was busy on a friday night.
Ambience /atomsphere was nice.
We liked everything except the Spiced tea.
There is only street parking. So getting the parking might be hustle on a busy day.

I haven't had Injera due to my gluten allergy in years. I was over joyed the hear they served gluten free and vegan options. The staff was ABSOLUTELY amazing and the food was INCREDIBLE. I will definitely be returning. 😄😄😄

One of the best sit-down restaurants in the Twin Cities. The food and coffee is really really amazing. My partner and I go there for lunch, take our time eating and drinking coffee and make a day of it. The prices are incredibly reasonable for the quality, especially if you’re getting a dish to share for two or more. The staff has always been super friendly.

Classiest and best Ethiopian restaurant in MN. Great food and friendly staff. I have been to Bole several times and its impressive how consistent quality of the food and service are. They have great selections of food for meat lovers and vegetarians. Better yet, their vegan options are out of this world! If you need one more reason why Bole is must visit, they serve local and international beer/wine.
