I have visited this location a few times on my way to work. This last visit, it was busy and they didn't have many people working in the front. I was highly disappointed in the condition of the bagel making area. The board was dirty, and no one bothered to wipe it off. They just kept making people's bagels on this same dirty surface. I didn't see anyone clean any of the knives either. I also didn't see anyone change their gloves after touching other things. Needless I left without leaving an order.

This particular Bruegger’s somehow hires the most incompetent staff members out of any location I’ve seen. I’m not sure if it’s just constant turn over and new hires but every single time I stop in here it takes 15+ minutes for me to get a bagel sandwich which usually involves the sandwich artist that is making it constantly checking a note sheet of ingredients and asking another staff member where certain ingredients are located. And I’m not ordering anything complicated, usually a western sandwich off their menu. The food is good, just don’t expect to making a quick stop if you’re in a hurry.

Extremely rude young lady working this morning. I work for door dash and asked how much long on an order that was over 10 minutes, she immediately wigged out and was rude "we'll get it to you when we can" huffing and puffing and rolling her eyes. I was shocked because I had been standing here all this time being ignored and watching her be polite to other (white) customers so I was in disbelief that she acted this way toward me (black woman) ... I hate to make this about race but why else would this happen ? I'm the only person of color in here and the only one miss purple hair has decided to be rude with. If your store sees this I hope you can kindly teach your employee how to properly treat others. And thanks to the other employee for stepping in and at least giving me a 5 minute ETA even though it was more like 10 😩

Poor employees are way understaffed. The three person management team are rockstars. They’re trying their best to get people trained but the new people don’t stay longer than a week.
One think I like to say… if you have a problem with how fast we’re moving through the line that goes out the door, put in an application and come help us speed it up.

They manage to still make the great bagels I expect from bruegger's, but everytime I'm in there the service just sucks. It's always something, manager standing around chatting up employees while customers wait, running out of everything bagels at noon and not putting more in to cook, all four employees handling one to go order while people stand in line, I now drive 15 minutes out of town to get my bagels at the bruegger's in Sunray mall, the experience is always much nicer.

I think time actually slows down when you enter this place. There’s a line out the door not because the food is good, but because 30 employees can’t put together an order in less than an hour. You think “oh maybe I’m getting something special because this is taking forever!”, but in reality you’re getting something you didn’t even order and waiting until your next birthday to get it.

With three employees and only three people in the cafe, I was not acknowledged by staff. Even the cashier insisted that I get their attention in order to place my bagel order.
