This Dunn Brothers have the worst employee I have ever seen in my life. Reading the other reviews, yes it is THAT barista! I am treated really badly today, all I wanted was a cup of hot water because I could not drink the tea they offered. She had to warn me million times to bring my own cup because she couldn't figure out how to charge for their cups with hot water. I never had a problem with this in any coffee shop. She was super super rude. She apparently talked to one of the employees of Finnish Bistro next door from my behind and he came to me and asked if I could make another purchase, which I already did! Then this barista from Dunn Bros started to warn me again several times that I bring my own mug from home like a teacher warning a three-year-old. Whatever I say she just can't get it. Repeats it over. Oh my...worst customer treatment ever.

The place is overall pretty decent. The drinks are great. The bistro attached has good food, if slightly overpriced. The only complaint I have is with one of the baristas. As another reviewer already stated, one of them is very rude. My girlfriend and I were in there together, and she takes her drink order but not mine. She then proceeds to make her drink and get her to pay for it. I said what I wanted first so that I could pay for both of them, and she just looked at me like I was stupid before grunting, rolling her eyes, and then finally making my drink as well.

I've been here twice in the hopes that the first time was just a one-time event. However, the second time proved no better than the first.
It's an ordinary Dunn Bros. in every way except for the barista. Goodness she is terrible. The first time I went I had to wait until she had finished talking with a guy who seemed to be a regular until she took my order. When she finally did, she argued with me about what I really wanted. There was no thank you or anything of that sort, which normally wouldn't be a big deal, but after the rest of the unpleasantness, really stuck out. The second time I got my order taken right away, but still not thank you, and she made it seem like I was wasting her time or something. I
It really is too bad; the location's convenient, and I do like Dunn Bros. However, I don't really feel like being yelled at every time I go for a coffee. Perhaps from here on out I'll hit up the cafe down the street.

Have been there a few times. The coffee is good. The tables are very close to each other. As the previous reviewers mentioned, one of the baristas is very rude, which makes me uncomfortable.

If your looking for a comfortable place to have coffee and a snack this is a great place. Typical high quality Dun Bros beverages and a great bakery.

Coffee was really bland and service was so so. The Finnish bakery on the other hand was quite good.
