Comically slow fast food. Almost as if they purposely make everything take as long as possible. Its probably worth the drive to another Wendys instead, might even be quicker.
However, my food was good and correct. maybe the place is just insanely overwhelmed. Either way the manager at night needs to find a way to be more efficient

This Wendy's is legendary...or infamous depending upon how you look at things. Never had bad experiences at Wendy's until I came here. I've asked other people in the area about their experiences here. All of them can relate to the horror stories myself and others continue to have with this location. Do yourself a favor and take a hard pass on this place.

I HAVE CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE 2 TIMES AN HAVE YET TO RECEIVE A RETURN PHONE CALL.
TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
MY SANDWICHES WERE HAD BURNED SAUSAGES ON BOTH OF THEM. THE PERSON MAKING THEM SHOULD HAVE NEVER LET THEM GO OUT THE STORE. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS WENDYS NOR THOSE SANDWICHES

workers are nice, but very ignorant. went tonight and ordered two large vanilla frosties with some other food. instead of giving me my two large vanilla frosties i was given two small vanilla ones. they also forgot my large fry and my double bacon cheeseburger. very disappointed. i work in fast food, never have messed anything up. is it really that hard?

I am not one to leave bad reviews especially with the current workforce shortage but this visit was ridiculous. It started when I pulled up to the order screen. I sat there for about 3 minutes for someone to take my order. I even said hello to see if anyone was there. I pulled forward to the window where an employee looked directly at me and then turned away. I should have decided against Wendy’s at that point but I waited to see if the cars behind me were served, which they were. I got back in line to place my order. I ordered a meal with a lg pop no ice. The employee told me my total $4.50. I got to the window and she asked for $7 and change. When I questioned it she told me she had originally just did the sandwich and drink. She hands me my pop, with ice in it and then hands me my food. A couple miles down the road I reached in the bag and, guess what, only a sandwich no breakfast potatoes. I did try and call but only got a message saying “the number has a voicemail that has not yet been set up”.

Absolutely worst service! I waited in the drive-thru and no one addressed me over the speaker after both vehicles in front pulled out, I moved forward without being spoken to. The guy in the window said I had to either go back through or come in. Will not return and advise the same to others. I get being short staffed, but just a ask me to wait.

Bad service all around. Very long drive thru wait. Employees don't listen to what you order. When they forget to add your items, they tell you no add ons at the window, and you need to wait in line again

Love the new strawberry frosty ! The guy working drive thru was really nice he even gave me a couple coupons for free breakfast sandwiches. Will visit again soon!
