And life can get very busy and it was very busy for me this past weekend, while I was getting my coffee and talking to one of your employees she told me I was very relatable. I feel like that’s the best compliment can give anybody because it’s awesome that they’re understood. Isn’t that what everyone wants deep down? Also the coffee’s were amazing as usual but I wanted to take a second and recognize that you have a good egg that works for you and share how much I appreciated her one simple comment.

I ordered drinks to the wrong location for pickup 30 minutes from the one I normally do like a goof, Called this location and Amy was amazing and had great patience when working and helping me through my mess up. Thank you again for handling my annoyance with a professional flare!! Thank you again Amy!!

I went to visit this (Robert Street) location on 4/09/22 because I was craving an iced caffeinated drink. From the outside, the drive through was not busy so I went inside for a more personal experience. I walked to the counter to order and both ladies working, one at drive through window the other making drinks looked at me and continued what they were doing. No acknowledgement no greeting. I stood there for 4 min. If service is only for drive through, please leave a sign next time so my presence could be known instead of me feeling like an unknown spirit/ ghost. I left and went next door to Tii Cup.

I order 2 Nitro Highrise one with Oat milk One with regular milk. Then I order one Nitro plain. I usually ask for a extra cup so I can mix our drinks half & half with the plain Nitro. Otherwise their really sweet. Drinks are always made correctly & done in a timely fashion. The main dining area is always clean & presentable. The Barista's are very kind & welcoming & They always ask for my rewards number. I'm giving it 4 stars as the overall experience is Great. However using their restroom is not recommended. It's hit & miss on cleanliness. It could just be my luck but it's been rough in there. I do recommend this location both for the Barista's & Nitro, however I can't speak on other crafted beverages as I don't order them.
