The guy that waited on me was rude. When I walked in to get my food he was being rude to a couple of young guys that wanted to apply for a job. He was stating that he didn't have time to talk because he was the only one working. (Hint to the owner, if this is the way you treat people who want to apply for a job, it doesn't surprise me that you work alone).
Then he went on and on about how I messed up when I placed my order. I must have clink the link that makes it a Door Dash order rather then just a pick up order. Sorry. I really didn't mean to do that.
Anyways, his pizza is awesome. Work on the customer experience and I'd be bragging about what you have going on.
By the way, he said my pizza was the only order he had at that time. I just don't understand why you wouldn't take the time to treat those young men better and let them apply for a job. Heck, their customer service is most likely going to be better than what's going on now.

A great local place for pizza and wings! Food is priced well, delicious, and delivery is fast and consistent. The owner is kind and deals quickly with any issues. A family favorite!

Food was excellent. Tried the house special pizza and spicy broasted chicken wings. There was a small issue with my order due to the website. The website was updated within 48 hours and I was compensated for the issue. Handled perfectly and I'll definitely be back.

Believe it or not folks, but that right there is a cheeseburger hoagie covered in homemade red sauce along with that giant basket of tots for $2 extra. You get a whole lot of bang for your buck here. A bit dive esque and not huge tons of flavor, but for $11, I don’t think you can really beat that very easily. Staff is very friendly and the food comes pretty quick. Can’t wait to try other things on the menu.
Editing my review as the past few times I’ve come here they have steadily been going down hill. First the tots went away and now they’ve completely gotten rid of everything I come here for. This will be my final visit as their pizza is just ok and I can get mediocre burgers anywhere. Sad times. Goodbye Hearthside Pizza. You shall be missed.

We went to pick up our family size house pizza and our personal meat pizza a driver (not Hearthside) came in to pick up for his delivery and was extremely rude and impatient feeling like his pizza should have already been waiting for him. Extremely unprofessional. But, Not to reflect Hearthside. On a positive Hearthside felt the personal pizza was not to par so we were given a free personal that was delivered free of charge by someone at Hearthside.
On a personal note I felt the situation with that driver was handle very professional.

I usually support local restaurants by I ordered the house pizza. It was some of the worst pizza I ever had in a restraunt. The edges of the pizza were burnt and the middle was more doughy. I never had doughy thin crust pizza until tonight. The cheese and toppings were sliding out the crust.
The price for a large pizza and three pops equaled $30 .
The pictures that are on Google review pictures are out of date. They did not have the decor or arcade games.
The only thing that was nice was the waiter! He seemed to want to be good at his job! He even was on top of my son needing a refill on his pop!

New owners! The pizza here is sooooo good!!! Cooked perfectly with the right crunch! Called in to place my order, staff was very polite & attentive. Must try if your in the neighborhood. You won't be disappointed!😊

The spaghetti sauce was too watery and dripping off the plate, the meatballs tasted bland and flat. Oh and them meatballs were so small, I couldn't believe it. Maybe try putting a little spice in them? The pizza is over priced and when I ordered extra mushrooms and sausage, it was the same amount as on the one pizza I bought to take home at regular price. The place is nothing like the way it was a few years ago. It's a 1 of a 10. I'll never be going back any time soon.

Hearthside has been a family tradition for us sinceI was kid! They have the best pizza ever and are always working to keep the menu fresh and food rockin! And even though the ownership a changed a few times in the last 20+ years the food has always been great and they have always stood their staff fostering a family atmosphere for everyone! You cant please everyone all of the time as anyone has worked customer service understand! But they do work hard to keep people happy!

My family ate at the Hearthside pizza tonight. When the bill came the waitress had added a 15% gratuity. This was strange because we had ordered one large pizza that was shared between four adults and two children under five. When we asked why the additional charge they said they counted the two children as one adult and that they always included the gratuity with groups of that size.
Having worked in the food service industry I understand the need to charge a gratuity with a larger party of people ordering unique entree items and/or paying on separate bills. Had we been a party of two people and had ordered the same quantity of food that I had for my family, in this case, one large pizza to be shared as a family, I would suspect that they would not have added a gratuity in that instance.
I question as to whether this was a situation that the waitress was adding the gratuity in the hopes that the unsuspecting family would not notice and would end up double tipping. If it is Hearthside's policy to add gratuity like this I think it is a poor and somewhat greedy policy to adhere to. Either way, I would be leery to return and I would advise my friends a family to stay away also

I had to order another Hearthside 1/2# burger and tater tots...
I got it to go and wound up eating it in my car out in their parking lot!
Man, that is one good burger - big slices of bacon, melted cheese, pickles and lettuce.
I discovered I hammered down the burger (plus the mountain of tots) in 10 minutes.
Yeah, their burgers are that good!!!

First time ordering. Love that the taco pizza comes with the fresh toppings on the side so when I reheat it at home, they don't end up getting cooked (who wants to eat baked lettuce?) �
