Well, the store is very nice and the selection is varied... The prepared foods are quite good but... the prices are just plain ridiculous. I was surprised that the steaks I bought - N.Y. Strips - were tough and flavorless. The price was good at ~$13 a pound but we did not finish them and they became treats for the dogs. I really wanted them to be good... but they were not. Perhaps other, more expensive cuts, might have been better but I don't think I will try to find out. Truth be told, I went to this store because of a radio ad for a dozen long stem tulips. They had beautiful plants and flowers but the tulips were a bait and switch and far more expensive than what was advertised. I know that a lot of people really like Whole Foods and some especially for their foods that cater to those needing a restricted diet - but I eat normal foods as part of a normal diet (in my opinion), so I won't visit this store that special offering.

Every time I came back, the place seems to improve and impress. My favorites are still here, plus many new items. Keep up the good work. Also every one wears masks here even though it’s voluntary. The checkout is a bit problematic. Few cashiers and long lines. Slow and indifferent service. What a pity

The two star rating isn't for the whole store, just the cake I bought. There was more frosting than sponge, not kidding, a full half inch between (3) thin layers and an incredible thickness in the outside. It was weird enough to write a review about a cake! I thought I was getting something more intentional from Whole Foods. If I wanted a conventional mass-produced sickeningly sweet thing I would just get a cheap one from Cub.

Terrible customer service. I was shopping on a busy Saturday with long lines at checkout. I was in line at number eight and the cashier was a large Indian woman. She is very slow and loves to chat even with huge lines. When I was finally at the point where I could begin unloading I asked for the plastic divider so I could separate my items from the ones belonging to the person in front of me the cashier snapped at me “I’m going to keep that right here” right beside her resulting in me having to wait further until she was entirely finished bagging etc with the person in front of me. When I was paying I asked her why should didn’t give me the divider and she said she needed it as an arm rest. I was shocked at the hostile tone and inappropriate behavior. I’ve never experienced anything like this at a Whole Foods. When I stopped at customer service the male supervisor was unapologetic and dismissive of my experience so I asked for the manager. He said he would speak with her and I had to ask him for a gift card for the trouble. He gave me a $5 one reluctantly. I will never shop at this location again and be warned about the chatty rude cashier who uses plastic dividers as her personal arm rest.

Never been inside of a while foods before. It was really cool and they had lots of variety. All their fruits and vegetables were fresh. I also tried the little food bar. The general tso tofu was amazing

Besides overpriced items, the store is clean, product selection is good. It is located in a convenient location with free parking. Friday oysters deal is good. Overall, it is a good store if you are a Whole Foods person, I am not, lol.

While I'm so sad to see the juice bar closed, Selby grill is back open and just as good as always. Amazingly helpful staff and produce options you don't see often. The seafood counter is also top notch for Minnesota.
