I stopped in on a whim to see if they had any chocolate cakes available for my girlfriends birthday. They baked one for me the same day so I could surprise her. I ordered a small cake, which I would have considered a medium-large size cake.
It was a chocolate and strawberry tres leches.
Such a delicious and moist cake. The frosting was light and not overly sweet. I would have to say it was the best cake I've had in a long time.

I got a good selection of Mexican bread. It was after 6pm and still have fresh baked bread. Only a dollar a piece!

I ordered a cake and it was good and moist. The only downside is that there are some crunchy bits in there in about every 5 pieces I take. I'm not sure if it's eggshells or a special ingredient.

This is no longer Don Panchos but is now Morelos Bakery. So this review is not for Don Panchos but for Morelos. Basically we bought a three layer cake for $170 and the cake was not to our specifications. First layer was supposed to be vanilla with strawberry filling. Second was marble with peach filling. And third layer was to be chocolate with strawberry filling. First off the cake was dry and the layered cakes were all vanilla not what we asked for. The design on the outside was also not what we asked for. When we went to dispute this to get a refund they offered to make another cake but we said no because their cakes are just crap. Costco or Sam's Club cakes are better. They only offered to give $50 back. Completely dissatisfied with this place would not recommend to anyone at all. This place doesn't even deserve one star.

my family and I have been buying birthday cakes and such from here for years and have had good experiences. the staff is friendly and the prices are good! oh and the locatio is good too!

Very cool place that teaches baking and sanitation skills to young students and helps our community with local business and stewardship and very good cookies.
