Always great food and friendly service. But… if you have an issue with a short wait don’t complain. Quality food takes time. I don’t mind the wait. Love their onion rings. I had ate half before I took a picture.

The Rice Street Culver's is pretty good. The drive-thru is quick, the staff are friendly, and the food is the same consistently excellent Culver's that you know and love. I only use the drive-thru, so I don't have a good read on the inside service.
Fast food type of place. Went on a late Wednesday afternoon and it wasnt crowded inside but line of cars outside. Had a cod sandwich basket that included fries and a medium drink. Cod was breaded and very delicious. Fries were crinkle cut and also tasted good. Had tea that was good. Took it to go

Seen an incident where I got alot of respect for the crew. A special needs person ordered food brought it back saying he didn't want tomatoes and lettuce. They informed him it was a deluxe so it came with those but remade his meal without them.
