Thank you to the wonderful drive-thru person who was working Sunday night. You are a wonderful employee thank you for going above and beyond to get out food out to us. The chicken, cheese sliders were good. They forgot our fries but it was okay. I'm not a big fan of white castle's but the chicken cheese sliders are legit. Will be back for another late night run in the future I'm sure.

When they returned my card I asked them to throw away my receipt (standard for me, do it all the time), the cashier literally said no he wouldn’t take my receipt and throw it, I could throw it away myself, he couldn’t be bothered by the simple request. They literally would not throw away the receipt, I’ve asked for this on thousands (not exaggerating) of transactions and never got that response. Ended up asking for a manager, he was nice but still had to go back through to get the sauces I needed ( 1 marinara and 1 honey mustard vs the 2 marinara I got). At the end of the day I can forgive a sauce mix up, but you can’t throw my receipt away?!?!? I’ll still probably go back because of location and the food is good, but what appalling customer service.

Food as always was pretty good my issue was I asked for 2 bacon, ranch chicken ring sandwiches because they were advertising 2 for $3 however when I got the receipt they charged me $4.18 so told cashier and he gave me $1.00 and told me I didn't say I wanted the special hence why I was charged! Needless to say I was shorted .18 cents because I didn't ask correctly for the deal 🤔 guess anyone reading this and you want the deal make sure you ask or you WILL be overcharged!

Way to ruined my kids’ first time exploring White Castle. Waited longer than 20 mins on a 20pk meal. Honked a few time after waiting for more than 20 minutes (at this time, the car behind us left with their meal) at the drive thru, yet these 3 staffs carried their loud conversation. After another waiting of 10 minutes, we decided to knock on the window. This staff yelled that we didn’t have to bang on the window. I clearly told him, we honked a few time prior, waited 10 minutes and yet no updates. He said he didn’t hear. I then told him, maybe if you would calm down with your conversation you should hear because I can clearly hear your conversation thru the window. Another staff came and asked what’s going on. Then to find out the person who was at the window didn’t update us that there’s a wait on our food as the cook did told him. SMH, this is such a bad experience for my kids. I would never go back to this location! So much for telling them to keep the tips prior to getting my food.

this has to be the slowest service ever. slow and unprofessional. but i totally understand, i am sure they get karen after karen in the drive thru. hard to find good employees these days

White Castle is white castle, it's always been the longest wait of any fast food restaurant I've ever been to, and still is. It's not the cheapest anymore, now it is competitive.

SO delicious! Good service. Quick. Pleasant. I don't think I've ever had issues here over many, many years. My family members spread out over the U.S. make sure to get their slider fix here when in town. And now so do I since I've moved to Brainerd.
