Going to school downtown, LeeAnn Chin's has great service. If you are in a hurry, this place usually has a line. But if you have the time, it's worth the wait Staff are always friendly and efficient, and the food is very familiar. If you're looking for some good Americanized Chinese food, this is the place to go.

While the food is great and the staff have always been friendly, they should consider changing their time of closing to 2pm. Hours of operation are listed as being open till 3pm but I’ve gone there at close to 2pm(due to having to take a late lunch), and they’re already closed. The closing up before the time listed is the only reason for not giving a higher rating.
