Update follows original review here: Would be higher if the staff didn't constantly tell you one thing and in reality it isn't the truth. Walking it says ready in 9 minutes. 15 minutes later, hasn't even been made to go in the oven yet. This is the second time this has happened. They have solid pizza and deserts but this is getting old when their is a lack of just telling it how it is. They just need to be truthful, not make it up on the fly. The funniest part is the one person said, sorry about that, I had to take a call for 10-15 minutes. Sorry you had to wait. Guess that must have been a really important call. **Update 6/2022: things have been improved as of lately and as stated before they do a great job with the food. So far the issues seem to have been resolved. Upgraded to 4 stars.

After receiving no notification of delivery. Knock, text, or phone call. I open my door to check and find my order spread across my front steps, sidewalk and lawn. I spoke with Christine the manager while apologetic was informed I could be refunded in 5 to 7 business days for my $40.00 purchase. The delivery was absent of notification and careless placement of large stack of food atop a small cardboard box while hanging from a lower step in the rain. I would suggest that you may want to consider either a different pizza delivery or at least order from a different location.

Order pizza for delivery, half an hour after it should have been delivered we get a call that they're canceling our order because they don't have enough people to cook our order of two pizzas. Don't offer any discounts or anything just we're canceling your order you'll get a refund in one to three business days. Call to find out why this is because they're still taking orders. Twice the so called manager(who wouldn't give her name)told me I should get a job if I wanted pizza from there.

Placed order online said it would be ready between 7:52 pm and 8:02 pm, sent partner to pick up for car side delivery. Followed the directions and waited. Got a text from my partner that he went in around 8:10 only to be told that it just went in the oven by a rude employee, said he snapped back at them and the manager started yelling at him. I called and talked to someone who said she was one of the managers but got the impression she could have cared less. This is not our first problem with them but first time getting yelled at. WILL NOT order from them again

They are horrible business that don’t appreciate to do right from wrong. I love toppers more than this company and no wonder why we ain’t get hired at first place when it comes to their company ain’t have enuff greatest workers and plus their attitude are very horrible!!! And I ordered not mushrooms and onions and they went ahead to put there on purpose!
