Awful experience. While many pizza delivery restaurants have mastered the challenging task of placing toppings on pizzas, the concept is beyond grasp for this store as noted by the pizza photo below without the proper toppings.Proof for the 3 individuals I had to speak to about it. After several phone call transfers, I had the pleasure of speaking to a pizza scientist that challenged me on the order discrepancy. Still unresolved following an encounter with their “manager.” Wrong toppings aside, the pizza was cold and disgusting. I imagine this would be what eating a real domino covered in ketchup would taste like. As far as the “wings” well they are about the size of a very small deep fried field mouse - see photos.

Usually great 5-Stars, ordered many pizzas here in last 2 years. Kids love the pizza. Last visit was poor, only 1 person (not 3-4) working. She was overwhelmed, trying to keep up.. She said, "they can't find enough workers" Poor pizza, 1st in 2+ years. DO NOT BLAME HER.. IT takes about 3+ to run pizza line. HOPE THEY CAN FIND MORE WORKERS SOON.

Ordered a pizza during an unbusy time in the afternoon only to have it delivered with the wrong item could not catch the driver and had to call in and wait on hold forever to speak to somebody about getting this corrected they told me the driver with circle back and it would be here in 10 minutes really!! And is at the other pizza outside as they would need it for collection!!
Hope you get your correct pizza Simon’s sooner than I did! Way pay full price for something you didn’t want and then wait for the cold one to be delivered!

I am only giving 1 star because I cannot give a negative number. The staff who was there was very mean to my friend. My friend speaks limited English and is one of the most humble and nicest person...she went to pick a pre-ordered pizza and was suddenly kicked out. This happened on Saturday 26th of Feb 2021; the staff threw the pizza on the floor and called the police on her. She asked for refund and they wouldn't comply. They threatened her that she will be arrested soon. poor girl has been shaken ever since. She even called the manager by the name of Penny and she also was rude to her and hang up on her. I would strongly discourage anyone from going to this location especially if you are an immigrant who speaks little to no English

Never ordering from here again. A hour in half after I placed my order I had to call and see where it was. Staff told me that they haven't even started making it yet and it will take 30 to 40 mins to make. For 1 pizza. All it was just a 12" pizza with pepperoni. Really??????? What a joke!!!!!

Speed and Quality can be hit or miss, but even on it’s worst day, it’s better than Pizza Hut and sleasers. Sometimes I feel extra sauce and extra cheese is ignored and that makes me sad. But for a hot cheap pizza, I’ll always be back.

Whoever made my gf feta pizza yesterday deserves a raise, and/or a bonus. Usually when I order dominos gf pizzas from any location, they’re always good. But some days they just turn out extra good, extra gooey toppings/sauces/whatever, and when it does I feel like that needs to be expressed, and rewarded. :)

Do yourself a favor and order from another domino's location or another chain all together. Worst customer service I have ever received. Whomever the older women you have working there talking to customers needs to be fired. I'll drive the extra distance if we want domino's again. Stay away from this location..
