Stopped there on our way to dye Easter eggs with the grandkids. The drive thru looked pretty busy, but they moved everything and everyone along quickly. Our fish sandwiches were hot and crispy, as well as delicious.

The employees at this Arby's are GREAT. Everytime I go there, which is at least once a week they take good care of us. We usually have a very large order and it's always correct and done in a timely manner.

We have never received worse service or dealt with anyone more rude anywhere than we did from this Arby's on 4/2/22! After waiting for 5-10 minutes in the drive thru we were asked to pull forward to wait for our order which was not a large order and for only three people. We waited for more than 15-20 minutes and when my husband finally went in he was told they were just cooking the order then, it wasn't even busy at all so that's when he just asked for our money back! It was a half hour later after our order was placed and we had our receipt to prove it! The manager on duty was beyond rude to my husband when he asked for a refund she offered no apologies for our wasted time, no offer to compensate the fact that they screwed up or anything else! Customer service isn't what it used to be and we will never be coming back!

this place runs a ongoing scam, they miss a item every few orders, such as a $2.99 curly fry or side item. most customers just figure its not worth driving back. but when you add this up, its a extra $500+ a week this place is making and not giving product.

Pretty good store. The streets to get to it are confusing so use GPS if you haven't been there before. I think they are bit light on the meat portions but it is hard to tell if that's how Arby's does things now or if this location is just training people to go light on meat

Employees are always very polite. They verify my order so it's always correct. Food is always hot and tastes good.

First time at this location. Went through drive-thru. Couldn't hear the the server very well. I got to the window and ask to repeat my order. Thought it was corrected, only to get part of the order. When I finally got it all, the server turned his back on me and didn't say thank you, apologize, or anything.

Really hard to get to but yknow. somehow the five minutes to snake through a parking lot is better than just getting out of your car and talking to a stranger.
Update: I just remembered I have a toddler and an infant and getting out of that car is BS.
