This staff has there stuff together! We have 3 caribou coffee locations that are closer to our house but they cant seem to make a caramel high-rise. The customer service is phenomenal, the environment is welcoming, and (most importantly) the coffee is made correctly every time. Thank you to the staf
Tried collecting a free coffee perk with my order at the register. She said there was a new process and I could only redeem when ordering through the mobile app now, so on and so on. I just got my free coffee at another caribou and they said that has never been their process.
I loved the scented of coffee and Caribou Coffee is my favorite thing to drink and the shop is really close to my house
This Caribou location is one of my favorites! The staff are friendly and efficient. It is usually busy or has people sitting, but there is about 8 tables plus chairs. Outdoor seating is available.
