Really authentic place! All the noodles/rice noodles are very good, and the appetizers are authentic as well! The noodles are made on the spot. The food also got to us really quick. 10 out of 10 would recommend!

Great place for modern Chinese (and not Chinese-American) casual dining fare. All their noodle soups are great. If you want something different, try anything with braised pork belly. And the cumin beef sandwich is my favorite appetizer from anywhere! The noodles are chewy and taste like they absorb great flavor from the soup.
More expensive than most Chinese, Vietnamese and Thai takeout but the food is different enough for it to be worth it.

Master Noodle does not disappoint!
We loved the dumplings and noodles that we tried. It’s fun to watch the chef making the noodles through the window. Those noodles are so long! The food comes very quickly. We ate Garlic Chicken Noodles(not spicy), Sichuan wonton in chili oil, Lanzhou noodle soup, curry chicken noodles, pan fried pork dumplings, steamed rice sides. I liked that portions were not too huge. Service was excellent (Fiona was our server).

CANNOT MISS THIS PLACE!! Amazing food, and I wish I honestly could try the whole menu at once. Everything was delicious - and I highly recommend starting with the edamame that are super addictive. 11/10, can't wait to go back.

Very delicious! There is a window where you can actually see them making the noodles by hand. It wasn’t very busy since it was a week night. We got our food in less than ten minutes.

I ordered 7 items, every item was different and mostly noodle dishes. I'm not knocking this restaurant for the 3 stars and if I could I would score it 3.5 stars. This restaurant isn't bad, it's just not my style of Chinese food or noodle dishes.
Noodles were great, broth was good but every noodle dish I purchased seem to be the same soup base.. 6.5/10
Dumplings. The internal meats were great and the shell was decent. 6.5/10
Beef cumin bun. Best item I bought and I knew it was going to be great. 8.5/10
Steam dumplings. Very well made and really enjoyed it. 8.5/10

My family of 4 ordered the steamed beef dumplings, scallion pancake, and two bowls of shanxi shaved noodle soup. My kiddos devoured the dumplings and pancake as it tastes exactly like grandma makes them. The noodle soup was nice and hot, BUT, I do wish they gave me one or two more scoops of pickled vegetables and that it came in bigger chunks. The veggies are my favorite part of the soup and I felt like I had to dig through my soup to find small pieces. Overall really good though!

We really enjoyed our first meal here yesterday! My husband had the braised egg/braised pork belly noodles, and I had the garlic beef fried noodles. Both were exquisite! We're looking forward to our next visit.
