Maybe I am spoiled from other locations. But I have come here a quite a few times because it’s very close to my house. There is one worker that literally never fills the bowl up. I don’t know how you advertise a cup of ice ream that overflows but give something that doesn’t even go over the top at all. The design of the lid is to accommodate the overflow of ice cream. My son got a smaller size made by another worker and we literally had the same amount of ice cream, his was $2 cheaper. I just felt like I didn’t get my moneys worth paid $7. Will pick a different location in the future or request to have a different worker make my ice cream.

Great service by a young little girl but the quality of my ice cream treat was not good. The snickers was not crumbly, the gal took a mini bar and crushed it but it stayed in one chunk. At another location, they have the snickers pre chopped in fine pieces so you get snickers in every bite. The girl helping was very young and did the best she knew how. Her mom said hello, told me her daughter would help me and went to the back. When I got to my snickers chunk, it was old, not fresh. If I did return to this location I would ask what is fresh and what candy has been sitting.

So my experience here, i have been to this location and others. I don’t know why but apparently your not allowed any extra small cups, i have small children and they would never be able to eat a full cup the girl just looked at me and said they aren’t allowed to give out cups with out paying the price. I don’t see why this was an issue, at other locations when I asked for a cup it wasn’t an issue at all. Not to mention this girls were giggling and chatting away vs pay attention to the customer felt more like I was interrupting there time. I don’t live in the area and going forward I most likely will drive to another location or not go at all.

Superior customer service, and the owner is a kind individual. Placed an online order via the Cold Stone website today (Mother’s day). However, due to a mishap on DoorDash’s side, our order was not delivered. I contacted the store for resolution, and the owner personally delivered my order. Will definitely recommend this location. Thank you, Mr. Owner, for making sure we received our order today. We will surely be back in the future. :)

Very nice place! The ice cream was delicious, the staff were great, and everything looked nice and clean! We were trying to go the one in the Mall of America, but after waiting half an hour for parking there and not getting any, this was a much more laid-back experience! There's a good-sized parking lot out front and the strip mall didn't seem too busy.
