Billy's On Grand

Tuesday night April 20th This was my first time being here and it will be my only time. There were several bartenders, I was continuously being told they will help me in a few minutes. 20 minutes later my friend and I finally had 1 drink in our hands, and after several requests to order a pretzel 10 minutes later it was finally acknowledged. Bartender asked where we would be sitting and we pointed to a nearby booth. We choose in eye sight and super close to make it easier for them- it did not help! We had asked the bar for water several times, never received. Never given a menu. I went to the bar to ask for a menu that also took 10-15 minutes. We were there waiting for the pretzel for 30 minutes I would have actually enjoyed ordering food for myself and could see that plenty of other people who were just walking in were given menus and drinks and service. It was infuriating. The several bartenders excuse’s for the extremely slow service to us was that they have a 30 topper. Okay good for you and the 30 topper, but I also see this two topper right there who were not there when we arrived and managed to get served menus and food before we never received water, and finally received drinks and a pretzel. Not to mention how many times we asked for our bill and waited. We came to the point of just walking out. They sure came fast then. An hour and half of time wasted. My friend said the pretzel was good but the service was terrible. I really wanted to like this place I really wanted to try the food, I really wanted cheese curds and a burger and some wings. Really disappointed.

Billy's on Grand is a great patio spot! Loved the Mac n' cheese and shrimp po'boy. Even though there was only 1 server for the patio and she was also the bartender, the service was friendly and the food served hot. The fries were some of the best ever! Hand-cut, tender on the inside and crispy on the outside with a perfect dusting of salt seasoning. Whoever does their fries has elevated the experience!

Bully's's customer service has turned upside down 👎. Used to hangout there with friends once per month or something like that. I have fist hand information about their customer service. It is mostly horrible for different people, people with accent, or whatever might makes you different there. Can you imagine a situation where customer asks some information and bartender can tell him/her " you could leave if you want!", without even considering to listen. It actually happened next to were I was sitting on specific date/time. In addition, my personal experience there was horrible. They should really do better and the management really needs work on making sure customers get the service and respect they deserve while they are there to spend their money. It is that simple. People don't just go restaurants to just drink alcohol or eat; they go there to refresh themselves, and enjoy their time. For sure, nobody would waste time and money at the place where there are angry drunk servers. Well, just saying this out so new innocent people; new customers would get more information. I personally will never invite my friends there! They don't deserve my hard earned money! Thank you,

We ventured from. Wis. And first time there. Was very impressed with staff. And food..Dj a very talented young man....sang a few times. And very gracious crowd...will tell everyone. They are missing out if they don't visit for a very good time. Chuck and. Mary. Are GREAT...sorry I did not meet the owner. He can be very proud.
