The young folks working at this Dairy Queen need training. As we were being handed our smoothies and ice cream, one of the young man burped so LOUND, my daughter turned around and asked me who burped. He then came to the window and instead of saying excuse me he tried to play it off. That was disgusting. My mango pineapple smoothies looked and tasted like water down whole Milk with sugar. They were not wearing gloves. NEVER COMING BACK!

I love this Dairy Queen. However we have gone at least four times in the last two months only to find it closed. I find no rhyme or reason. Sometimes it's closed at 4, 6, or open until 9. Yesterday I was there about 7 and there were workers inside with all lights on but a closed sign on the window. No less than 10 people walked up in the five minutes I was there. Love this location but I don't think we'll be swinging by at all this summer as I can't seem to find a time it's open.

Great walk-up location when the weather is nice. You don't go inside at all. Normally you order at one window and pick up at another. When they are really busy, however, they serve "quick orders" (cones, sundaes, simple beverages) out the ordering window, and there is a queue for picking up items that take longer (e.g. Blizzards) at the pickup window. Friendly service and tasty treats.

I ordered an ice cream cake from this DQ for Father’s Day which is a family tradition. Placed the order 48 hours in advance as requested. Received a confirmation email with pick up information. Went to pick it up on the confirmed day and they were closed even though the online hours and confirmation email said otherwise. Had to stop at Walgreens for a brownie mix instead. What a letdown! Very disappointing. I called and left messages that day and the next requesting a return call. Never received a call back. Since they apparently don’t care about me as a return costumer, I will not go back to this location which is unfortunate since it is our neighborhood DQ. We’ll be going to Connie’s Creamy Cone on Maryland and Dale from now on.

I ordered a peanut butter cup reeces blizzard and didn't even get one chunk! I got a light dusting of reeces maybe a teaspoon full of crumbs. The ice cream was as white as my Grandma!

I was waiting in a line for 20min on my 30min break while it was 90 degrees out all i wanted was a ice cream and i couldnt even get it because even in 2022 a ice cream chain cant even afford a card reader with tap pay so i can pay with my iphone, I literally never use my card anymore because i just assume that almost all places these days support apple pay but ig not, so if ur going here, “don’t forget your card” because they dont say they don’t support it

This is the worst dairy queen I've ever been to. I ordered a simple medium cone and a smoothie. They served everyone else and I waited 25 minutes for it. The cone they left to melt and I still was waiting. Ended up getting a refund. Told them to keep the smoothie. It was like Zootopia Movie sloth scene.

I've always liked this DQ, it's local and a classic. This summer so far (May-June 2022) I've stopped by a few times during the evening, 7-9pm. It was closed. The hours on Google maps show 11am-9pm. Hopefully it improves!
