What a spot! Beautiful coffee shop with lotsa good drink options. Love sitting here and taking a break from hectic work schedules.

Excellent customer service to complement great coffee. AND we were lucky enough to show up on popover day (Tuesday and Friday). They were fantastic: the owner makes and baked them on site, and they were crispy on the outside and soft and wonderful on the inside. You can pick honey butter or jelly to put on them, but great by itself, too

Perkelate is such a refreshing place to go. The vintage decor is nice and the staff are so friendly and kind! Their house made syrups really make their drinks extra delicious and the pastries are out of this world!

I wanted to try this place out during my Lowertown dogsitting gig. I was lucky enough to do just that today, thanks to the snow day in my favor. It has such a homey feel to it and the coffee and chai tea latte I tried were amazing. I will definitely be back in the future. The owner, I met, is an amazingly nice lady and it was enjoyable to chat with her for a little while during my 3 hour visit!

I am not a coffee person, but I love their Chai Tea Latte. I always ask them to add a little cinnamon. Yummy. I may be biased, but this is my favorite place for Chai Tea. I also love their (apple) pastries. This is the absolute best way to start my day. I love this place.

Cute coffee shop in the middle of a collection of government offices. Not a lot of seating so be aware. Coffee was good and it is on the second floor, not the first floor.
