I tried ordering today for a group of 6 - not a huge order by any means - but we were hesitant to leave without knowing the sandwiches were ready since we didn't have a lot of time to waste away from the office. They definitely could use some improvement in this area.

The staff at this location are not only “Freaky Fast(tm)” they’re “Freaky Friendly” and “Freakily Exceptionally Customer Service Oriented”! I stopped going to this Jimmy Johns when they got a new crew of employees because they were not as nice and friendly as the old crew. I decided to go today and I will not go back. The employee was on her cell phone when I walked up to the counter and remained on her cell phone the entire time (taking my order, making my sandwich, and handing me my sandwich). I had to ask for the receipt. I got back to work and she made me the wrong sandwich. I asked for the #8 and she made the #10. I will NOT be back to this Jimmy Johns.
