Never had a bad experience at Panino's! Great place, great food, and an overall wonderful experience. We've had almost every Panino they offer, and they never disappoint. I would always recommend this place.

Spiked apple mule a great cocktail to have during anytime of the day. The caeser salad dressing was amazing. The chicken fettuccine however was not a great choice but their garlic bread was delicious!

My husband and I decide that Panino’s would be a good anniversary dinner. Why not Italian for 32 years? Sadly we were very disappointed. I ordered my standard favorite lasagna and my husband the spaghetti with 2 meatballs. My husband spaghetti came warm on the edges and cold in the middle. The noodles where cut up in 1 inch lengths which we though was very odd. My lasagna was just warm enough that the cheese was melted and was very mushy. The service was subpar. We waited almost 10 minutes before we saw a server. Never did he return to check on us during the meal so asking to have our food warmed up was out of the question. I ended up helping myself to the to-go containers for the leftovers, which I’m not sure why I brought them home. I did see a women coming out of a office and asked to speak to her. I’m not sure if she is a manager or owner. I let her know our experience and our unhappiness with the meal. She discussed that they had new staff in the kitchen. She was kind enough to adjust the bill for us. When the server brought the bill he did apologized to us. We were kindly taken care of but the food lacked taste. My husband says the sauce is not the same as in the past. This has left a negative experience with us and it maybe a while before we return. In the past, it was one of our favorite places to go for Italian.

Always surprised that people rave about this place. The restaurant look/feel and the people are great. But the food is average and overpriced for what you get. When comparing their signature Panino sandwich to other sandwiches, Jersey Mike's a few stores down costs less, gives you more food, and the food tastes much better and seems more fresh. I see no reason to eat here instead of Jersey Mike's.

Great panino sandwich, large size, good flavors. The Cole slaw was just OK.

I really want to post about how much I love it. I use to have a 5 star review. However, as many people have posted, the quality has really decreased recently. The past 3 times we have ordered takeout, there have been mistakes. Forgot chips, then forgot some ingredients on a panino, and this last time forgot an entire meal. It wasn't until this last experience have they apologized and compensated for the mistake ($10 gift card for the inconvenience while they made the forgotten order that i had already paid for). I was feeling pretty good they acknowledged and tried to correct the mistake, but then the food just wasn't great. The spaghetti came with garlic bread which was hardly even 2 pieces of bread and the paninos had barely any filling. Just really disappointing from what Panino's use to be.

My husband and I couldn't believe the 30% increase in food prices for sub par food. We first ordered a few appetizers along with our son's kids meal. After waiting a good hour, just the kids meal came. We waited another hour and our two paninos finally came; they were cold/luke warm at the most. I would've said something but our server was barely around. Overall, it was a disappointing experience and we probably will won't be back for quite sometime.

Seriously would have given a lower score if I could. We have been going here and ordering out for years. They consistently get the orders wrong, they go back to redo them and get them wrong again. It's been the same thing for about 5 years. I suffer this because my kids like the panino fries. But seriously, it's reached a whole other level of incompetence. Definitely not worth the price you pay for the service you get.
