I once came here during one of my “Jedi flips”. The staff is amazing and lovely. There is this really pretty nice girl who I think is the manager she’s totally cute and awesome! There’s also this super cool hippy guy with really long hair! He’s so relatable and also handsome! The food is S Tier, pure gas! My only issue is with those garbo door dash delivery fools! But the service there is OUT OF THIS WORLD! Five big juicy stars

Great food, just like in Eau Claire, but I wish they were open later and on weekends, at least on Saturday. I could swear they used to be open later at one time.

I still love the food. I still love the service. I am NOT a fan of their deal with Door Dash.
Door Dash adds a flat $3.50 before asking for a tip. It used to be cheaper WITH a tip.
I eat here a lot. When people ask what my hobbies are I say "Erberts and the Gerberts" and they leave scared and confused as I stare into the abyss that is extra mayo.
Food is good. So here is 5 stars for good food. Door Dash can kiss my buttwhole

I’ve loved the sandwiches I’ve gotten from this place. Unfortunately I ordered a Spartan salad from here this week and it was soooo disappointing! Literally had 1 slice of deli lunch meat and 1 slice of cheese cut into strips with tons of shredded iceberg (no romaine as advertised) and a couple tomato and cucumber slices. I don’t eat bread and had hoped I would be able to continue to eat here with the salad options but the salads are definitely not worth the cost. The salad should be advertised as a side, not a meal.

I have been to this location once and had it delivered once. The time when I had it delivered I was blown away with how completely crappy the food was prepared (see photos) and the soup I ordered was the broccoli cheese but tasted like more of a mixture of beer cheese, chicken wild rice, and very little broccoli cheese. My sandwich was warm and tasted awful. It was all mushed together and just not put together how one would want a sandwich put together (one ingredient way over on one side, and another on the other side) I was so disappointed! A few days later I called and spoke with a woman who claimed to be the manager. I told her what had happened and she agreed to send me a gift card or coupons for $20.00 worth of free food. Never got it! My original order was on June 16th.

Big props to the person working earlier this afternoon! She seemed to be the only one manning the fort and while it wasn't obnoxiously busy, she was hustling to make sure everyone in there got their food quickly.
The Quatro and Boney Bill we ordered were fantastic, definitely hit the spot. While I'm sad we are out of delivery range (by like a half mile maybe) I am glad this place is close enough for a short drive and a yummy meal.

Horrible experience! I got a sandwich with my toppings missing- chicken and wasabi! If I could post a picture I would. I contacted the store and the “manager” was SO rude. She was more intent on making excuses for this order being incorrect than she was a rectifying it. I spent over 5 mins on the phone just asking for the order to be remade and sent out. She repeatedly stated that they would “be happy to make a new sandwich” though that phrase is obviously one she has been told to say. The call ended with the “manager” telling me she would refund the sandwiches and hanging up on me. She seemed to take personal offense to a customer calling about an incorrect order and had no respect for the time I had to take away from work to report the delivery (and now her service). I sure hope to see my refund and will continue to try to figure out who the REAL manager is at this location. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!

Very simple online order of a tuna sandwich, dessert, and bottled drink took 2.5 hours to arrive after placing the order, a full two hours beyond the estimated delivery time. I called 1.5 hours past the delivery time to check with the location. The woman was nice and said they were "a little behind." When I called back 35 minutes later to check again, the doorbell rang. The food was ultimately free, but that's not really the point, is it? Food is fine, so maybe just go there in person. Wouldn't recommend delivery, especially if you're hungry.
