I have ordered from this Wendy's multiple times in the past several months but every single time they can't seem to get the order right. I'm usually missing food and it's almost always cold. They just can't seem to get it right lately. They definitely make it hard to even want to go back.
Fast, pleasant people and food made right. Around Elk County these basic traits are hard to come by. Not joking when I say this place is a diamond instead of the rocks here. 5 🌟 all day.
Like anywhere except for McDonald's you have your days the slow idiots are working. McDonald's is just a joke no matter how you look at it.. I refuse to go to McDonald's for myself or anyone else because it's 30 to 45 minutes for a FAST FOOD..

Food was good. The service was a little slow.
Staff was friendly as always, however they need some major updating to the seating. Sitting on torn up vinyl is at best uncomfortable
The food was what would be expected. We waited for about 10 minutes before our food was ready with nobody's order ahead of us. There were off duty employees hanging around in the dining room and serving themselves food behind the counter. The dining room was quite dated and not well maintained.
I usually like the Wendy's in st. Marys, normally I choose it over any of the other fast food restaurants in our area UHhhMMmm (MCDONALDS) mainly because Wendy's always got it right & Wendy's usually serves hot fresh food.. HOWEVER, these last 2 times I went to Wendy's I had awful experiences both
