Vietnam Style

We have eaten here several times over the last few years and it has always been on point. The Ramen is delicious. The broth is definitely not a generic mix, it's made overnight for the next day. The service is fast and friendly, the food is delicious, and the atmosphere is bright, open, and clean. They have several great beers and other beverages. Each time we have been, it has been pretty crowded. That didn't slow the service. Highly recommend for a great bowl of Ramen or any of their other dishes!

Have eaten here twice and really enjoyed the Ramen. They usually have a crowd, which is a good sign. The food is fresh, comes out quick, and hot. No thrill and frills, clean atmosphere, I enjoy this place. We enjoy the broth so much we can eat that by itself. I haven't really tried other items in the menu, but will eventually.

Freaking delicious. Came down for a concert at the Pageant and we needed a little snack so my friend and I split a meal. I’m not gonna lie I can’t remember what it was called but it’s so good that I’m about to drive 2 1/2 hours back down there just to get some of those noodles!! Will definitely recommend to my friends and can’t wait to come back soon!! Just wish you were closer to home!

I've been to Nudo House on Delmar twice now and left so satisfied both times. I ordered the Classic Nudo Ramen and shared it with friends, I should've ordered my own bowl. Delicious food, right in the city, and affordable prices- couldn't ask for anything more. That black garlic flavor sends me to another dimension. I ordered takeout on my way out for my husband at home and they gave me entirely the wrong thing. I ordered tankatsu ramen with a side of karage for him and they gave me pho. He was really looking forward to ramen, but it's hard to be disappointed when it's as tasty as it was.

For starters this was my first time at the Nudo House, great experience. You walk in and the FOH staff were very attentive on any questions we had on our meal and if we could do substitutions. I ended up with the Hebrew Hammer. I loved it! Bursting with flavor and very great noodles! Will definitely be back!
