Food was hot and delicious… lobby had a few things going on but the staff of 2 maybe 3 did their thing!!! I will be back. Manager was very patient.

They had too many employees for the guests to be waiting over 20 minutes for food and service.

I've had several bad experiences with this location....Gave it another chance a few days ago and I was stunned ... Excellent customer service and my food didn't taste like old grease like it has in the past kuddos to the new manager I can definitely see the changes and I'll be back

The customer service was awesome, they have truly improved with their wait time they are really improving and all the food was made fresh and hot, I'd recommend dining here and their strawberry biscuits are heaven sent

Wanted the 3 PC spicy was told they didn't have any and that it'll be 15 mins before it's up. Had 2 orders and the food was over cooked. Had to wait 20 mins to get my food

Good stuff! My 2 piece chicken dinner with red beans and rice was cooked just right. Yup, love my chicken at Popeye's!
