Strawberry & Cream Pies were replaced with Apple when I clearly didn’t order APPLE. And the only one I could eat is OLD then to top it off the Apple Pies are old as well. They don’t answer the phone and this is awful.

I just know McDonalds represents way better than this, this was worse than eating a overcooked stringy tripe sandwich, I took about 3 bites and threw this in the nearest trash can, fries and unsweet tea was the stars today and not this dried out chewy stringy chicken sandwich, wasted $11 today 😖no need to waste my time taking it back

The Hanley mchdonald… Really stepping up their game! Tonight I got curbside pick up and my food was hot, they brought me the correct beverage, and they remembered the barbecue sauce. I have to say, I am impressed! There’s just something about those McDonald’s fries and when they’re hot they’re like a million times tastier. Now the employee who brought me my food could’ve hated the world a little less but hey I’m not gonna push my luck. Thank you McDonald’s, you were the highlight of my Saturday night. And yes I realize how sad that is but hey that that’s what happens when you’re old boring and single :-) great job guys

Great fast food. Co-workers handle situations with customers quickly and effectively. I really like the team members I've chatted with when ordering. If you get the wrong soda or item, rare but understandable in the fast pace environment, they fix it ASAP no drama.

This is a new McDonald's for me. I have not had a bad experience here yet. Love the new look. The food is always hot and they actually have the ice tea out where I can make my own!

The workers tell you to park and wait for your food and forget you are waiting for your food. Foods that are cook to order are not! Fries are room temperature and hard. Better management is needed ASAP!!!!!!! Some of the people are polite, otherwise I would have given them a one.

It's McDonald's, what can I say. They are nothing if not consistent. The app is not my favorite and the service is always just okay. Will I go back, yes, I love the fries and ice cream whenever the ice cream machine is working.
