7-eleven

I have been going to this store for years now. The customer service and the store itself has improved a lot and I mean improved by a ton. First I would like to give a shout-out to Mrs. Q and her ability to run the store as it is and keep up with everything. I have nothing but respect for her. I would also point out ameer who is in fact one of the most kind hearted person I have met. He works hard and keeps the customers smiling on their way out, which shows a lot about the love he has for everyone in the community. This 7/11 is the cleanest store I have been to. I am sure it can improve more and more but considering the pandemic we are in where nobody wants to work and hardly any stores have employees who are happy and kind. This store is far ahead comparing to others. I hope to keep seeing them for years ahead and bless them all for service they provide during these times.

This 7 - 11 is so AWESOME, Customer service is @such a higher level of service .I am so grateful and thankful to get to experience such great customer service .Because most of the time there is no customer service@ most 7-11 ,But not here.Even when the clerks have to deal with very unruley and disrespectful customers Mr.Z and Ms.Q handle most and all situations with grace and wisdom .I have witness Ms Q go in her own Pocket when one of her customer was short.How many clerks do you know will do that? Mr.Z has always waited on me with respect and has always offer to assisted if there were a problem ,nothing but respect from and for Mr.Z .He has a hard job though because he has to deal with people who are rude and disrespect ful and even throw and break item in the store and walk out without paying for anything And then,that customer wrote a negative review about the employee Mr Z .making false ,negative,review and in Reality This Female works @ a public grade school and She her self was out of control and so Disrespectful to the employee Mr.Z and continue to throw and break items in the store yelling,like a crazy person,And we wonder why our children are out of control,Cause the truth if she loses control in a 7-11 store ,What behavioral does she show the children@ the public school.I have nothing but respect for the employees@ this 7-11& Ms.Q & Mr.Z will always have my respect They are very honest and extremely nice people and run a Conv. Store with a lot of respect for their customers
