Ordered some Sausage Biscuits. They came out burnt. I asked in the drive thru if they can replace them. They had me pull forward, wait 10 minutes, and then brought some that were more burnt than the first batch. #Imlovingit

Sat at the drive through speaker for 10 Minutes, of course there is a line. I finally yelled hello but no one answered. I came to the window and this employee was holding a conversation with another employee, as if people were not waiting to be served. She told me to go back around because they couldn’t take my order at the window. I told her I have been waiting about 10 minutes for someone to take it but nobody said anything. I asked for her supervisors number and she shut the window in my face and walked away.. I got there at 10:28 left at 10:48 with no food!

Customer service is lacking. Instead of “We ain’t got none” try “We’re out at the moment would you like to try something else?” Instead of “I’m about to give it to you” try “Just a moment your drink will be right out” These things can be taught. I don’t mind the tone but the delivery is poor, and it’s my folks. I worked fast food as a teen and the managers were big on customer service, now days it’s just trash and attitude. We have to do better.

I waited in the drive thru line for over 20 minutes while witnessing the car in front of me having to basically yell to get ANY response AT all from anyone inside...after that car finally was able to order and moved forward I moved to the speaker box. I sat there for OVER 5 minutes with no greeting. I attempted to get anyones attention while saying things such as, "hello, excuse me, good morning, can I be helped". Not once was I acknowledged or replied to. Eventually I pulled to the window and set for another 10 minutes waiting to be able to speak to someone to let them know that no one was responding to me or to simply figure out what was going on. The first window was blocked off and no one was around so there was two cars in front of me neither one of them was moving after another 10 minutes I pulled to the next window where I was completely 100% ignored and no one ever came to the window I ended up having to be somewhere by 8:00 right down the road so I ended up having to abandon my pursuit in attempt to purchase some breakfast.. I have no idea what happened but it is completely unacceptable to have staff inside a restaurant who completely 100% ignores customers. The business is there to make money you cannot make money if you are not taking orders. I am usually very empathetic towards employees that work in the food industry because I myself work at a restaurant but the fact of the matter is there is no excuse for someone waiting in a line for over 20 minutes to literally be able to talk to no one. When I try to call the phone for that particular McDonald's it directly went to a voicemail box that said it was full. So obviously this isn't the first rodeo with that business and they obviously don't want to take phone calls due to the fact that they know that they're not going to be pleasant phone calls. I really do feel sorry for anyone else who goes there this morning or the people who were my predecessors and I hope something gets done about it.

Waited 30 minutes in drive through. No apology for the wait. Ordered unsweetened tea. They gave me sweet. This place is a mess. My second bad experience. It will be my last.

9pm placed a online order, 905pm arrived to this and parked in pickup spot 2, 915pm pulled to the window the young lady states my ordered was not at this location.... lies.... she instructed me to park back in spot 2 it will be out and it now 930pm and im still waiting. 931pm received order and it completely wrong. this has to get better or it won't last long.. Tennagers running this place they take orders when they feel like it. you can sit in line for over 1 hr and watch only 3 cars get service.953 currently still sitting in drive thur at window 3 waiting for food i paid 4 over a hour ago. straight sick. 1006pm still sitting waiting for my.food with 3 kids in the car..... terrible customer service.... all I wanted was 3 mc chickens and 2 small fries.... at this point I want my.money back for gas...

Went by one night to get my mom something and they literally had us waiting in the drive through for 45 minutes and no one even got on the intercom. I called in to see it they was still taking orders and the girl assured up that they was. While I'm on the phone she and other staff members argued about who's not working the dive through meanwhile me and 4 other cars are still sitting there waiting! I pulled up to the window( 1st window) and they looked at me and kept walking so I go to the other window and the young lady said " you have to order from right here"..... I left along with a few more cars.. oh and a man had to get out and knock on the window and they still ignored the fact that we were all in the drive thru waiting smh.... the drive thru line always long.
