This place has gotten MUCH better. I'm still upset that they charge for salad dressings but the staff are so friendly and helpful and good with portions.

I come to this chipotle around once a week. I used to be a loyal customer to the Kirkwood location however they declined over the years. I started a job near this location and started to visit more since I was in the area more often. Consistent food, nice employees and overall a great atmosphere to be around.

This location 9/10 doesn’t disappoint. Standard Chipotle burritos/tacos. No weird tastes like other locations I’ve been to. Workers are typically polite and do their job accordingly. There’s only been a few times over the years where I was disappointed. It happens. I still go out of my way to drive to this location vs the Hampton one which is significantly closer to me. They are extremely busy and obviously understaffed here which the employees are not at fault for. Hopefully with the increase in food prices will result in an increase in compensation to the employees.

Just a Chipotle. Workers focus on getting your order done. Very little interaction at all between customer and employees. They scoop a fair amount of food. Dining area and tables are clean but not spotless.
