Drive thru was busy3-6 car wait. Associates handled the line efficiently. The happy meal didn't have a toy so, my granddaughter was disappointed when we arrived at home. The Coca colas I purchased were well carbonated and refreshing!! Keep up the good work North Oaks McDonald's in St Louis, Lucas Hunt/ Natural Bridge!

Sometimes this store is HORRIBLE, but there are a few hard workers when on shift makes each visit smooth. One gentleman has been promoted to manager & I'm proud his hard work has been rewarded. However, some etiquette training is due for the larger staff.

This place was really busy, had a lil hard time ordering but I'm not complaining those guys work hard, I've worked fast food before. Got my order in for was good, customer service was good. 👍

I would like to complement the staff who was on duty midnight, January 4, 2023. There was a line of cars. We were trapped in the middle, but the person who was handling taking orders fixing orders, talking to us being polite, no matter how many people blew their horn. This person never lost their cool. They were polite no matter the circumstances. Thank you McDonalds for having kind and considerate people we had just picked our granddaughter up from the airport. Of course she was starving. So we waited in line, but it was worthwhile because of that persons attitude.

I went here because I really had to use the ladies room. To my surprise, it was really clean. The floors were clean, there wasn't ant tissue in or around the toilets, no water, paper towels or soap laying all on the sink. However, those items were there for you to use. I felt very comfortable. Thank you!!!!
